About Us

Project Step is a grassroots initiative to continue to grow our community. We aim to bridge the gap throughout our communities in key concepts focusing on financial literacy, health and nutrition education, educational empowerment, and civic engagement. We believe the success of any community resides in its residents, and its future generations.

 Key Principles 

• Financial literacy: Understanding personal finance, budgeting, investing, etc.
• Health and nutrition: Awareness of physical and mental well-being, dietary needs, etc.
• Educational development: Continuous learning and skill acquisition
• Civic engagement: Participating in community and political processes and staying informed about current events locally and globally.

• AWARENESS- Be aware of the people and situations in your life and identify them as a positive or negative, for the now and in the future.
• ACCOUNTABILTY- Having adequate knowledge in your actions to be able to stand on the results.
• OPPORTUNITY- A set of circumstances that make it possible to do something. Operate in your desired 'Opportunity Zone'
• DETERMINATION- Always value a well-crafted plan and be prepared to make measured adjustments necessary towards your goal.
